This webinar will highlight results from Mercer's 38th Annual Benefits Survey on April 3, 2024, at 12:00 pm Eastern. Our speaker is John Coleman, CEBS, Senior Principal in Mercer’s Health & Benefits business out of their Morristown, NJ office. 

In 2024, with healthcare cost growth at its highest level in years, employers are focusing on cost management – but don’t want to lose ground in ongoing efforts to ensure benefits support the full range of employee needs and preferences.

To shed light on the strategies employed by employers to effectively manage their employee health plans, John Coleman, CEBS, will provide a comprehensive analysis of the findings from the 38th annual National Mercer survey of employer-sponsored health plans. John will specifically focus on the initiatives undertaken by large employers and those based in New Jersey to strike a balance between cost containment and delivering value to their employees.
